More or less, Dreizehn is your typical Doberman. Of a medium stature (though he's quite large compared to some other Straumura dogs), a stocky and square build, and well-muscled tone, he strikes quite the appearance when first met. Like all Dobermans, Dreizehn is compactly build for endurance, and he specializes more in brute power than in speed, though that isn't to say he's slow as a snail or anything. With square, proud shoulders and a keen, watchful gaze, Dreizhen would make the perfect watchdog, and indeed, that's what he usually does around the place. He's stocky and his muscles stand out against his sleek coat.
Also like all Dobermans, Dreizehn sports a short and very fine coat of fur. Because it's so short and sleek, and very easily well-groomed, it often seems to be glossy in the sunlight. The only two colors on his fur are black and a ruddy, mud-tone brown. The black covers the top half of his head down his neck, back and shoulders, spanning down his sides and most of his upper body. The brown splashes on his muzzle and his ears, his chest and stomach, and somewhat on his legs.
When he was owned as a pet, he'd had his ears and tail cropped at an early age. He was originally a guard dog (and still is, as Alexei commonly sets him to patrol the camp) and as such, his owners had wanted him to look like the stereotypical Doberman. As a result, they cropped his droopy ears so they stood up straight, and also cropped his long tail so that it became the stump it is now. Consequently though, he does look more alert and intimidating now, which was the idea.

Honestly, Dreizehn might look like a big scary guard dog that could rip your throat out, but he's quite a teddy bear on the inside. (Of course, don't get me wrong - he's capable of tearing throats out if needed, but we'll get to that.)
Dreizehn doesn't speak a whole lot, and usually is perfectly content to remain on the sidelines and simply be the silent and loyal bodyguard. He's not leader material at all, and if more than happy in his place, obeying orders to the T. However, he is a big softie, and his loyalty and protectiveness know no bounds. Dreizehn would readily give his life to save any member of his pack, regardless of how he feels towards them personally. As for his superiors, namely the two leaders and the Seer, he would never disobey or disrespect them. It's debatable even whether Dreizehn would go against a tyrant of a leader if they were in charge - though he does have a mind of his own, he lives to be loyal to Straumura, and in his mind, if the Thrienne chose the leader, then they are in command, and that's that.
Of course, the thing about disobeying a leader only stands as long as the leader's life is not in danger. Dreizehn believes his number one duty is to protect another pack member, and as such, he will refuse to abandon a packmate and save his own life. He seems to not have any fear of danger or death, readily throwing himself into harms way for others.
On a normal basis, Dreizehn is definitely a listener. He's quiet and soft-spoken, but always ready with a comforting word or encouraging advice. He's great to go to to simply unload problems on, but since he typically doesn't like conflict, he tries to avoid getting wrapped up in things that don't concern him.
