The Straumura pack is the wisest pack. They are educated from the start. In fact, they even have small schools for their pups. They learn about the gods, the worlds, magic, and delve into secrets that not even the other packs know about. They are familiar with the constellations and are the first to come up with solutions. Straumura dogs are intelligent, quiet, and calm. This pack is currently led by ____ ( male ) and Alexei ( female ). Their seer is ____ ( male / female ).
life in the straumura pack The Straumura pack, as a pack based almost completely on the lore of the Feirn and Earth itself, holds a ceremony on the last day of spring. How they know it is the last day, no one knows except they. This ceremony, or celebration, more like it, is called the Learning of Kr'al. The Learning of Kr'al, or Kr'al, is a large celebration that takes part in the camp. Loners and even other packs are invited to this ceremony. On the night of the Kr'al, the canines first feed on freshly-caught prey. Then the elders and seer will take the pups off to the meadow to participate in games - games of knowledge and guessing, and games of tag and make-believe. These games are often watched by many of the pack members and visitors. Some of the games played include Feol, which is a game where each pup is required to choose a partner. Together, each pair will be required to tie a string to both of their left forepaws. Each team will have to try to make it to the finish line; the team that wins gets extra prey. Feol is one of the most prestigious of the Straumura pack's games. Other games include Stone-toss, Butterfly-hunt, Guess-game, Kr'al-Foul, and Mad Hare, a game that somewhat resembles the game 'Mad Libs' and is often looked down upon by the older dogs. After all the games have taken place, the final celebration begins. The dogs, and guests, will dress up in an array of odd clothes - from masks made from turtle shells to feathers strewn across one's body. The canines in costumes then parade through the land, dancing and singing. It is one of the most well-known celebrations and certainly one of the greatest. stone-toss; One dog, a pup or not, will throw a pebble as far as they can. Whoever throws it farthest wins. butterfly-hunt; Several butterflies will be let loose into the meadow. The pup that catches the most wins. guess-game; The canines will try to guess the word, god, creature, etc that is described by the seer. An elder will keep track by writing scores in the dust. The canine who guesses most right wins. kr'al-foul; A game where a word is defined. The participating canines must try to think of the specific word or a synonym. The exact word gets you two points; a synonym gets you one. The dog who has the most points wins.
