"Perhaps." Sighing lightly himself, Roxis gazed into the distance, eyes unfocused. He knew that as a friend, one was meant to give comfort and support, but it often hid the truth behind that innocent, soothing mask. But Tassel wasn't one of those friends; he was one of those true friends that was more like family. One that you argued with, bonded with, and trusted. Blinking a few times, Roxis finally nodded. He had just let Laiyn's sour attitude push him too far, and he needed to be strong; not only for himself, but for an entire pack. "You're right. I apologize."
Throughout his puphood, Roxis had just merely accepted the fact that he was the heir to the "throne", knowing it was his duty, and feeling a tad excited. But once his parents and siblings had been abruptly snatched away and he had to starting leading at a very young age, he had always felt slightly insecure (though he tried to mask it by his indifference). "Thanks, Tassel."
Gazing over his shoulder, Roxis eyed the seer's handiwork. "Excellent," he commented, pleased. Steadily standing, the leader was careful not to put too much pressure on his foreleg. He tried flexing it a little and no damage was done. Turning to face Tassel again, Roxis blinked, his face appreciative. "What would I do without you?"
